Asset Management
Finlay's internal Asset Management division provides an additional dimension to the company's property management services. This department provides a higher level of financial analysis in order to assist in positioning the asset to meet specific investment goals of the owner. Services include strategic planning, risk assessment and investment strategy and are offered to all Finlay clients.

Accounting/Reporting
The Finlay team includes CPA's and CPA candidates. The accounting personnel are all degreed professionals. Owners/lenders can be confident they are receiving accurate, timely information, customized to their specific needs.

Affordable Housing Compliance and Training
The Compliance Department ensures that each property maintains its compliance with the highly complex regulations of the various affordable housing programs. All resident files are approved by this department whose director holds the nationally esteemed HCCP designation. Procedures, policy and training also flow through this department to ensure coordination of all programs and changing legislation.

Resident Acceptance
This corporate department performs extensive screening on all applications – including personal calls to prior landlords. The process, performed at the corporate headquarters, is thorough and effective, resulting in an exceptional tenant base.

Construction Management
Finlay has long been in the development/construction business and is well positioned to assist in rehab or other construction needs.
